Fairfax Lions Club selected as its winning peace poster that of Miss Saranya Gadwala, age 13, of Rocky Run Intermediate School. Her poster competed at the Lions District level and went on to the VA state competition.
The Lions International Peace Poster Contest has made a global impact on adults and children alike. It gives kids 11-13 years old, a creative way to express their visions of peace. Approximately 600,000 children from 75 countries participate in the contest each year. The theme this year was “Kindness Matters.”



Fairfax Lions Club is one of the largest service organizations in Northern Virginia. Our members are from all walks of life, we give back to our community in many ways, and we have a good time doing it! We welcome you!
