Fairfax HS Students Help Lions

Fairfax Lions were proud to have Fairfax HS students perform service hours along side Lions at the October 11 “Fall Festival.” The Lions food booth raises funds for our community charity programs.

“Lions Jeopardy”

At the FX Lions dinner meeting one October 7th, 1VP Jim led us in a game of Lions Jeopardy. Five categories, with five clues in each. Each clue had something to do with “lions” – either the live animal type, of the service club type. Prizes were halloween candy.

Sports for $100: What is Detroit? (A pretty easy one)
Final jeopardy was hard…the correct response – “What is 1-million members of Lions Clubs International?”

All had a fun time, and lots of folks stocked up on Halloween candy!
