A very generous person had a LOT of surplus eyeglasses to donate for recycling. But that person did not live near this area, where our eyeglass drop-off boxes are. So, they mailed them to our Club! We received the two boxes of eyeglasses, and are taking them to the Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center of Northern VA…the eyeglasses will go to good use, with medical mission teams helping others.
