On August 18, several Lions plus spouses and guests had a fun meal at Fosters. In the photo are Lions around the Lions Bench, which was painted by Lion Joyce, auctioned for charity, and then donated by the auction winner to Fosters.

We enjoyed the presence of guest Roberto, who asked for a membership application to join Lions.

Lions across the state Virginia are training for a special program to screen hearing of children ages 2-5. In that age group, the number of children with hearing loss at least doubles – or worse – between birth and primary school.

We need to purchase special equipment to screen at day care centers beginning early 2027. The equipment required is the otoacoustic emissions GSI Corti screener
